Shipping & returns


DELIVERY OPTIONS

The cost of shipping and the services available are dependent on the contents of your cart and will be calculated at checkout. However here is a guide below;

STANDARD - Our standard service. 

EXPRESS AIR - Depending on your location we have Air services for 2-3 days and next day. Next day ships same day if ordered before our cut off (2pm pacific)

EXPRESS GROUND - Prioritised ground service for quicker dispatch.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Our standard shipping services are fully tracked from start to finish and are available on all orders - 

EXPRESS SERVICES

Our Express delivery options (ground and air) are available only on certain baskets where we can guarantee the delivery times. If you are unable to see Express delivery at checkout it means your basket is not eligible for Express delivery. Items that are available for Express are labeled on their product page in the shipping message.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFO

We deliver on Weekdays (Monday - Friday) but typically not on weekends

All our deliveries are fully tracked from start to finish and you will be notified of each step from dispatch to delivery and you can check the status of your order anytime from your account page or from the link in your confirmation email.

Custom Builds / Wheelbuilding - Please allow an extra 5 extra days for custom wheel builds and custom bike builds for us to build ready for depatch.

Alaska & Hawaii Residents: All orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will require additional shipping costs as well as longer shipping times for transportation. You will be contacted by a SD Wheel Works representative within 24 hours of recieving your order placed through our website. 

 

RETURNS:

Our Return Policy: You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of the order shipment date for a refund . Returns of no fault of ours will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. All returns must be in original packaging and free of damages or imperfections and must not be installed.

Restocking fees help us to recover costs associated with returns, such as reboxing/repackaging, free or reduced shipping you may have received, labor, inspection, bank fees, etc.

Holiday Returns: SD Wheel Works extends the eligible return period from 30 to 45 days on orders placed between “Black Friday” (the Friday following Thanksgiving) and Dec 24th. All other standard return policies and procedures apply.

You must obtain a return authorization number prior to returning your item, or the return will not be accepted. To request a return, please visit the Contact us page or call customer service.

Refunds: Once your return has been received by our warehouse, it will be processed within 1 business day. Assuming there are no problems with your return, the refund will then be credited to the credit card or Paypal account you originally used. Please be aware that your bank may take 2-3 business days to post the credit to your account.
