The S&M European Bottom Bracket includes 2 threaded aluminum cups with 2 sealed bearings in each cup, internal tube spacer and 1 non-drive side cone spacer to fit 19mm spindles. (3.8 oz)

Note: S&M does NOT include a drive-side cone spacer because they feel it is too thick and does not allow for ideal chain alignment on S&M frames. If your sprocket uses a spindle adapter, then it can butt right against the bearing. If your sprocket bore is the same as your spindle size, then you will need a washer spacer between the sprocket and bearing.  

Only compatible with frames that have a European (BSA) bottom bracket shell.
